Join us as we create equal opportunties for women & girls to play futsal.
Our Aims
- Chiltern Futsal uses the sport of futsal to promote fitness, advance education and promote social and personal development.
- We run training sessions in multiple venues: We will run leagues at all levels and harness the multiple benefits that this fast, exciting, largely indoor sport, can bring.
- We will support young carers and also focus on supporting those with mental health, fitness and self-image issues – where community, exercise, supporting others and working towards learning and working goals will help. We will adapt our offering to the needs of those locally.
- Offering the best coaches in the UK, a welcoming environment, financial accessibility ( our costs are reduced by volunteer time in many areas)
- Building Confidence gradually, helping with education, work experience, DofE ( c 15 so far ) our payers create strong social bonds and take the multiple benefits of sport into their lives. We help players improve their football but this is through creating a love of futsal.
- Our NEW project for 2025 is to build on our international links to encourage futsal world travel and to link with universities and colleges to link players to seek scholarships
Our Aspirations
To continue to grow our club to help female players develop their ability to the highest standards - preparing for age group events, university sport and adult teams. We offer support with Duke of Edinburgh Qualifications, coaching experience and training and goalkeeper training. We want to change the landscape of female sport ( and life) by creating strong female leaders to shape their future and lead others in the same path.

Exciting 24/25 Collaboration saw Arsenal ETC Girls join our Friday Session at Rickmansworth. A Winter series saw our specialist coaches share their futsal knowledge with some of the most talented young players in the country. Feedback was incredible but the exercise reconfirmed our belief that we coach futsal as a pure sport not as a development tool football - giving much better outcomes on court and on the football pitch.
